Established in 2006 by the company Amusement Logic and the thematic designer – sculptor, Francisco Luengo Vicente, we are a company specialised in the design and construction of ecological housing and integral projects of thematic and landscape architecture.

Arquitectura tecno-temática introduces a new concept of housing and buildings, with innovative designs and new ways of building, which are entirely integrated into nature: Eco-housing.

Based on a sustainable architecture, respectful of the environment, its design take five factors into consideration; the ecosystem in which it is to be established, energy systems which encourage energy-saving, construction materials, recycling and re-use of waste and spatial planning.

Housing that is designed observing the highest aesthetic standards and contemplating low energy consumption techniques. With its intelligent environmental design, heating and cooling loads are greatly reduced.
